Mr. Valdez is a professional at what he does. He assesses the job, gives you a reasonable price, lets you know when he will do the job and does a great job.
He has worked for me for more than a year and I love the job he does.
Additionally, he is modest and honest and that matters a lot to me.

I called Valdez Lawn Care to schedule an estimate in the morning and they were able to fit me in that evening. We wanted all the weeds removed from our overgrown backyard and vines taken down that were covering almost half of our house. We received estimates from other companies and Valdez Lawn Care by far was the most reasonable price. I asked when they were able to do the work and he said he’ll do it now! Will definitely use Valdez Lawn Care again.

I used to cut grass myself, and I had back pain all the time. so I decided to hire a professional lawn care company to help me do the job. Carlos does a great job on keeping my front yard nice and neat. He also helped me replacing soil and new grass, and of course he is good at it. I am very satisfied with the result. He comes every week, never missed a single one. I’m lucky to find such hard working, professional, responsible landscaper.

I called Carlos up for an estimate. He showed up the next day as promised. He gave me a reasonable estimate and after negotiating a little we made a deal. He did a spring clean up for me and was very thorough with my property. He cleaned up my property and got my lawn prepared for the summer ahead. He takes his time and doesn’t botch the job like other landscapers. I’ve dealt with a few landscapers in the fresh meadows area and Carlos is like no other. Really up front friendly guy who knows what he’s doing.

I hired Carlos Valdez this spring to repair what I thought was a hopeless lawn. I say hopeless because the previous owners had ivy plants growing for over 50 years. I waiting this long to write a review of Carlos because I doubted that he could get rid to the ivy plants. After many tireless afternoons of pulling roots and grading (to my precise specifications) I am happy to say that Carlos accomplished what I asked him for in March. Hiring people is not easy but my experience with Carlos has been pleasant. Highly recommended for the Fresh Meadows and Hollis Hills area.

Carlos did a great job on my lawn. We spoke on Sunday and by that evening I had an estimate….a very reasonable rate!!! I made an appt for the next day. He arrived at the time he promised and did such a good job my neighbor took notice and asked for his number. I happily gave it to her!!

I have been using Valdez services for over a month now and Carlos does a great job every time. He reviews the property well before starting the work and gives pricing beforehand to give heads up. My friend recommended Carlos Valdez Landscaping to me. She knew I was having a problem trying to look for a gardener. I called a few, they made appt, and never showed up! But Mr. Carlos Valdez was the most reliable and professional landscaper!!He came to look at property and gave me a price. It was very reasonable, so we agreed on a 1st cleanup day. He is punctual- he said he would come by 8:30am and start by 9am. He called me to let me know when he arrived. Just as he said, 8:30am. He did a beautiful job. The property looks so neat and perfect !! That sealed the deal right there.....I knew I wanted him to be our regular landscaper every year.
